Race 1: On papper 2. ROCOCO is the best horse in the set but on breeding i dont believe 2400 is in the compass specially in a field of pure stayers.1. FLASHING FLAME in my opinion is over raced and out handicapped which leaves only 3 horses.3. MILES AND MORE who his gradually picking form and has the best jockey in the set is running the right distance too but its hard to predict anything on this moody horse that has either won by a distance or finished last.Hence my top to picks are 5. FIERY FORTUNE who has a clear handicap advantage and if D Singh who has lost confidence in riding can handle him will be right there with 4. SILENT PRESENCE whos only question is if he can stay and if he does he will win.

Race 2: 1. EXPENSIVE AFFAIR is the name that says it all will run a brave race in 5flg but there are 5 horse with equal or good initial speed which can once again see her run shy at the post.I am going for horse that run off the pace in this set as all 9 horses can win which is a rare sight in indian races.I decided to pick between 3 horses that will matter at the all important end i.e. 3-7-8. My first pick is the under performed 8. NASEEBDAR to win from the inform 3. PARIS HILTON . the dark horse here is 7. THE REBEL who won unfancied last time which is a rare occasion for R Khan horses today he looks prepared and has enough class to win if asked to.

Race 3: Althoug this race looks to be amongst fancied runners they all have to beat the well prepared 2. FOREST NATIVE who with the introduction of blinkers will be there at the finish.1. YAAN should have won last time but not sure the connection will be happy with the odds. 4. SHAYARA is the surprise package and will keep them honest.

Race 4: cant understand the odds on 7. PILLATUS who is running after 10 months and only 1 recorded spurt in the past 8 months if he wins good luck.1. SPICA on the other hand is a horse that likes to come from the outsde and today drawn 1 will not help the cause with 60kgs on her back hence avoidable. I believe the winner will come from 5-6-8-9. I am going for 5. ISHTAR who is in the form of her life and can complete a brace from 9. DONT BE SILLY who has the class but has been hiding true form as most of D Surtis horses do to taking off the DNB will let the horse run freely and if he can stay he will be hard to catch.6. TOP ACTION with malesh on top will be breathing fire on the field and can upset.

Race 5:I think that there is going to be a upset in the October Handicap. the horses that will be there to upset are 6-7-8-10. My first pick is 6. PERSIAN POWER who is very well prepared and is smart enough to win from 8. HIGHLAND WARRIOR who has been well rested after a few forward runs does dererve merit . 10. AMERICAN IDOL is the dark horse who has all the potential to upset unless the trainer decides to go with 11. HI DOLLY which wont come as a surprise

Race 6: 7. SPITZ does have a good chance her but will have to beat the moody 8. ROMAN BEAUTY . the dark horse is 9. TOMMY CARMICHAEL specially if the connections have a win earlier in the day.
